Deborah Metcalfe
In 2000 Deborah Metcalfe established Blue Eye FX Productions in Sharm el Sheikh, South Sinai, Egypt. A love of diving and a love of photography was a marriage made in heaven, the rest is history.... Her passion for the little known wonders of the oceans, drive her to share her experiences with the world and bring you some amazing footage. Proof of the pudding is in the eating and the fact that she now holds 7 International Film Awards for her work speaks volumes. Deborah’s favourite place is in or on the sea, where she’s often found behind a camera.
When Deborah is not behind a camera, or in the editing suite, she is spending her time planning the future of Blue Eye FX Productions. Debs is our visionary – developing relations, talking the talk and walking the walk. New projects for Blue Eye FX and expanding our range and repertoire are areas Deborah excels in.
